Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients
8 ounces linguine pasta 1 cup broccoli flowerets 2 Tablespoons butter 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
Boil linguine in water, adding broccoli during last four minutes of cooking. Drain well and set aside. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat and cook chicken until well browned. Stir in soup, milk cheese pepper and linguini mixture. Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
Note: Substitute grilled chicken breasts cut into chunks, or 1 pound fresh shrimp, shelled and de-vined. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
