Coleman™ Stove-Grill

We don't like to fry meats, onions, etc. in our Roadtrek. We use a Coleman™ stove that has one burner and a grill. I found a cast iron griddle (made by Coleman) at a sporting goods store for $14 that takes the place of the grill. It's the same shape and size. I just exchange them depending on whether I'm frying or grilling. I use the griddle for bacon and eggs, etc. and the grill for hot dogs, steaks, etc. Everything smells so much better when we grill, saute, stir-fry outside!
